My work
Work through your personal queue of assigned content, grouped by date, priority or stage.
My work is your personal queue — every piece of content assigned to you, in one list, with your most urgent items first. Most staff land here when they sign in. You don’t need to scan the whole board to know what’s yours: if it’s on this page, it’s on you.
The list follows the brand switcher like every other view — pick All brands to see your work across every brand at once.
Your numbers at a glance
A stat strip at the top shows your headline counts:
- Open tasks — everything assigned to you that isn’t posted yet.
- Due this week — open items scheduled in the next 7 days.
- Overdue — open items past their scheduled date. These need you first.
- In review — your items waiting on sign-off.
The page greeting says the same thing in plain words — “3 need you first” or “All clear” — so you know your day before you scroll.
Three ways to group the list
A toggle above the list groups your queue three ways:
- By date — Overdue, then This week (today through the next 7 days), then Later (further out, or no date yet), then Posted. The default, and the right view for “what do I do today?”.
- By priority — High, then Medium, then Low, with posted items hidden. Use it when everything feels urgent and you need a ranking.
- By stage — Idea through Posted, in lifecycle order. Use it to see what’s in design versus what’s stuck in review.
Rows past their date carry a red Overdue pill, so urgency is visible in any grouping.
Move an item on, straight from the row
Each row ends with the same permitted moves as the content board — you only ever see actions your role allows. When exactly one move is possible, it’s a one-click button named for the next stage — a Designer’s idea item shows a Design button. When more than one move is possible (an approver on a review item can approve it or send it back), an Advance menu lists them.
Note: if a row shows no button at all, that’s not a bug — the item is at a stage your role can’t move. A Designer’s item sitting in Review is with the Director; it comes back to you if it’s sent back.
Open the full record
Click anywhere on a row to open the task drawer — the same full editor as the board. Retitle, edit the caption, attach the finished image, or add internal notes without leaving your queue.
Getting the badge to zero
The My work badge in the sidebar counts your open items — anything assigned to you (or where you’re down as the designer) that isn’t Posted yet. It drops as your items move to Posted; an empty queue reads “You’re all clear”.
