Console
The one console for the whole business: Today, POS, Procurement, Ops and Organisation in a single rail.
The console is the app an owner or manager opens first. It is one workspace over the whole business rather than a door into each module, so the day’s orders, the day’s sales, what stock is short and which checklists are done all read on one screen, and the settings behind them are a click away in the same rail.
You reach it after signing in with your phone or email and your 4-digit PIN. What appears in the rail depends on which modules your business has switched on and what your role can open.
The rail
The rail’s top level is the module. Five sections, in this order:

Each module section folds shut, and the console remembers which ones you left closed. Every row carries a short line saying what the section is, and a mono crumb above the page title naming the part of the business it belongs to, so a deep link tells you where you have landed.
On a phone the rail collapses to a tab bar across the bottom.
Tip: press Ctrl K (or Cmd K on a Mac) anywhere in the console to open the command palette and jump straight to a section.
What each section is for
POS
- Reports is the one place with a period control: sales, outlets, items, servers, leakage and turnaround, plus the close ledger and the spend view.
- Approval queue holds kitchen dishes waiting to be priced and routed to the counters that will sell them. See Menu and pricing for the kitchen half of that handover.
- Menu management is the catalog: items, categories, the choices and add-ons a guest picks, per-outlet prices and availability.
- Recipes is a read-only view of the recipe library and its costs.
- Aggregators holds the Swiggy and Zomato settings, per outlet.
- Devices & KDS covers the machines, kitchen tickets, billing and invoices at each outlet. See Printing and devices.
Procurement
- PO approvals is the owner’s sign-off on purchase orders above the spend threshold, without leaving the console. The full purchasing desk stays in the Procurement app.
Ops
- Checklists shows today’s checklists at every outlet and how far through each one is.
- Escalations lists the checks that failed and who is on them.
- Tickets lists the jobs raised on the floor, open and closed.

Organisation
- Users is the people directory and what each person can open.
- Outlets lists every outlet, warehouse and production unit.
- Subscriptions shows which modules are switched on, network-wide and per location.
The outlet picker
One picker at the top of the console sets the scope for every screen under it, and it offers each outlet plus All outlets, an org-wide roll-up across the whole business. Whatever you pick rides with you as you move between sections, so choosing an outlet on Today keeps it chosen when you open Reports.
Today
Today is the console’s home screen and it answers one question: what is happening right now, and what needs a hand. It is about one day only. If you want a range, that is what Reports is for.
Five tiles, with the live floor leading:

| Checklists | Completion for the day as a percentage, with overdue, missed and late chips. |
Every tile is a door. Live orders opens the POS reports, and a link under the card opens the live tables board, the floor the number is a count of. Sales so far opens the sales reports. Stock on hand and Requisitions and orders open the Procurement app. Checklists opens the checklist board; when more than four outlets are in scope the tile ranks the ones furthest behind and a link under it opens the rest.
Below the tiles, two readings that are not tiles:
- Today’s P&L, gross down to what the day is left with, including comps and discounts.
- Close status, which counters have committed their day close and which are still open, read as “3 of 4 committed”.
The business date the whole page is about is stated once, at the foot.
