Studio
Plan, design, approve, schedule and track brand content, campaigns and events in one workspace.
Studio is your content and design workspace. It is where your team plans what to post, designs it, gets it signed off, schedules it, and records it as posted — and where campaigns, events and every brand asset live. Instead of briefs in one chat and captions in another, the whole journey from idea to posted sits on one board everyone can see.
Who Studio is for
Studio comes with five ready-made roles. What you see and what you can do depends on which one you hold:
| Role | What they do in Studio |
|---|---|
| Director | Runs the workspace. Sees everything, approves content, manages the team. |
| Account Lead | Plans and schedules content, runs campaigns and events, manages brands and assets — but cannot approve content or manage the team. |
| Designer | Makes the work. Creates and edits content, and sees only their own items — not the whole board. |
| Social Media Manager | Posts approved content and records the Instagram link, downloads brand assets, and can see the whole board. Cannot create, edit or approve. |
| Event Manager | Events only — plans and runs events without access to the rest of Studio. |
A tenant admin (your organisation’s admin login) holds every Studio permission automatically, on top of any role.
Where you land when you sign in
Your first page differs by role — so if your screen doesn’t match a teammate’s, nothing is missing:
- Directors, Account Leads and Social Media Managers land on Overview, the workspace dashboard.
- Event Managers land on Events — the one surface they work in.
- Everyone else (including Designers) lands on My work, their personal queue.
Finding your way around
The sidebar has three groups. Items your role can’t use simply don’t appear — they are not greyed out, they are hidden entirely.
- Workspace — Overview, Reports, Pipeline, Approvals, My work, Calendar, Schedule, Campaigns, Events, Assets.
- Manage — Team (Directors and tenant admins only).
- System — Settings.
Note: Overview, Reports, Approvals, Campaigns, Events and Team only show for roles that can use them. Schedule and Assets are open to everyone, but turn read-only if your role can’t change them.
Some rows carry a live count badge: Pipeline and Approvals show how many items are waiting in review, My work shows your open items, Schedule shows anything overdue, and Events shows upcoming events.
The brand switcher and search
The top bar holds the brand switcher. Almost every view — the board, the calendar, the schedule, approvals, campaigns, events and assets — shows only the brand you’ve picked, or everything under All brands. If a page looks empty, check which brand you’re viewing first. See Brands.
The Search… pill in the top bar (or pressing Cmd+K / Ctrl+K) opens universal search — jump straight to a page, a brand, or a piece of content by its title or document number.
How content flows
Every piece of content moves through the same six stages:
- Idea — captured, not yet in work.
- Design — the visual is being made.
- Copy — the caption is being written.
- Review — waiting for sign-off in Approvals.
- Approved — signed off and ready to go out.
- Posted — live, recorded from the Schedule.
The content board page explains each stage, who moves what, and what happens at approval.
Overview and Reports
Managers get two dashboard views that need no setup. Overview shows the workload at a glance — live cards for posts this week, stories today, items awaiting approval and anything overdue, plus pipeline and team charts. Reports is the analytics console: on-time posting, posting cadence over time, brand performance (always across all brands), and a printable campaign report.
