Welcome to Maska. This site is the user guide for the whole platform, written for the people who run it day to day — chefs, purchase managers, outlet staff, designers and admins.
What Maska is
Maska is four apps that work together, sharing one login and one team:
- Procurement — buy, move, count and value stock across your warehouse, central kitchen and outlets.
- Operate — run each outlet’s daily routines: checklists, temperature logs, escalations and maintenance tickets.
- Studio — plan, design, approve and schedule your brand’s content, campaigns and events.
- Reservations — take online table bookings and manage them from an admin dashboard.

Signing in
Every Maska app uses the same sign-in: your email or phone number and a 4-digit PIN. Your admin creates your account and tells you which apps to open. If your screen looks different from a teammate’s, that’s expected — each app shows only what your role can use.
