Campaigns
Group content into a named push and track its deliverables to done.
A campaign is a named push — a season, a launch, a promo week — that groups your content items together. Instead of hoping the twelve posts for Diwali all get made, you list them as deliverables on the campaign and watch the progress bar move to done. It’s how “are we ready?” becomes a number instead of a guess.
Who can do what: campaigns are managed by Directors, Account Leads and tenant admins — the New campaign button, editing, the checklist, archive and delete. For everyone else the Campaigns page simply doesn’t appear in the sidebar, and its address redirects them to their own landing page.
The campaign card
Each campaign is a card you can expand. Collapsed, it shows:
- the campaign’s colour tile and icon, its name and kind — one of Seasonal, Launch, Event, Promo, Series, Always-on or Custom;
- its phase — Upcoming, Active or Archived — plus its objective and dates;
- a countdown — “starts in Xd” for upcoming campaigns, “Xd left” for active ones;
- the deliverables progress bar with a done / total count. Green means comfortably on track, yellow mid-flight, red behind.
Expand the card to see the brief, the deliverables checklist, and the campaign’s mood board.
The deliverables checklist
Deliverables are the campaign’s task list — “Launch teaser reel”, “Menu print”, and so on. On an expanded card you can:
- Tick a deliverable done — click its circle; the progress bar updates.
- Add one — press Add deliverable, type the title, press Add.
- Link it to a content item — use the Link post… picker to attach a deliverable to a real item on the board. The deliverable then shows that item’s live status, and clicking its title opens the item — so design work flows through the normal content lifecycle while the campaign tracks it.
- Unlink or remove — the unlink icon detaches the post; the bin removes the deliverable.
Create or edit a campaign
Press New campaign (or the pencil on a card). The form asks for:
- Name and Brand.
- Kind — picking one on create also sets a matching default colour and icon, which you can change.
- Objective — chosen from a fixed list: Awareness, Launch, Engagement, Sales / footfall, Retention, Announcement, Community.
- Start and end dates. Ticking Always-on hides the end date — for evergreen campaigns that never finish.
- A brief, plus an accent colour and icon for the card.
Attach content to a campaign
Content joins a campaign from the content side:
- in the New content form, pick the campaign in the Campaign field;
- or open an existing item’s task drawer and set its campaign there.
Once items are attached, the board’s campaign filter isolates them, and the campaign’s chip appears on their rows on the posting Schedule.
The upcoming timeline
Beside the cards, the Upcoming timeline lists the next campaign start dates (up to six), each marked “today” or “+Nd” so you can see what’s about to kick off without opening anything.
Campaign report
Pick Campaign report from the Overview page’s export menu (or press Open campaign report on the Reports page) for a clean, printable progress report of your campaigns — press Print to hand it to someone outside Studio.
Archive or delete
Both actions ask you to confirm first:
- Archive hides the campaign from the active board but keeps it for reference — use it when a season wraps. You can Unarchive later.
- Delete removes the campaign and its deliverables permanently. It cannot be undone — only use it for campaigns created by mistake.
