Members

The member list, the five segments, what a row tells you, and the member drawer: balances, risk, revealing a phone number and adding a bonus stamp.

Members is every guest holding your loyalty card. It is the screen you open to decide who to talk to.

The list

Each row is one member, and carries five things:

Column What it shows
Member Name, and the phone masked (98••• •2871).
Home outlet Where they joined, or a dash.
Loyalty card Stamps against card length (6 / 8) with the progress bar under it.
Rewards How many rewards are banked and unclaimed, or a dash.
Last visit TODAY, YESTERDAY, 3 DAYS AGO, 5 WEEKS AGO, or NEVER.

The last cell may also carry a tag, in this order of precedence:

  • 3D TO EXPIRY, in chilli, when stamps are about to lapse. It wins over the other two, because it is the one a manager can still act on.
  • NEW, joined in the last 30 days.
  • LAPSED, no visit through either door for 28 days.

The header counts what you are looking at (1,284 MEMBERS), and pages fifty at a time behind Load more members. On a narrow screen the row restacks rather than scrolling sideways.

Phones are masked on every row, always. Revealing one is a deliberate, logged act and lives in the drawer, one member at a time.

Segments

Five chips across the top, each with its own count. They are real filters over your whole membership, not a filter over the rows on screen.

Chip Who is in it
All Everyone.
Regulars Cards carrying 5 or more stamps, well into their run.
Lapsing Stamps on the card and 7 days or fewer to the lapse.
New Joined in the last 30 days.
Reward ready At least one banked reward, which is something the counter owes.

Lapsing is not the same as lapsed. It means a streak worth saving, not a guest who has drifted; a member with nothing on their card has nothing to lose and is not in it.

The segment and the outlet scope live in the address, so a refresh keeps your screen and a link carries it to a colleague. The search box is the one thing that does not: it matches phone numbers, so it is never written into a link or into browser history. Search runs over names and phone numbers.

Export

Export CSV downloads exactly what is on screen: the active segment, the outlet scope and the search you typed. It cannot be a wider disclosure than the list you were looking at when you pressed it.

It needs the Admin role, and the button says so rather than disappearing: “Contact details need the Admin role. Ask an owner to grant it.”

The member drawer

Tapping a row slides a panel in from the right. It is a place, not a popup: refresh keeps it open, Back closes it, and the link opens straight at that guest.

At the top, the guest’s initial, their name and the masked phone. Under it:

  • Home outlet.
  • Loyalty card, with the ratio, the stamp row, and either “n rewards ready” or “No rewards banked”.
  • Visits and last visit.
  • Avg spend, from settled orders actually attached to this member, with the order count beside it. With none attached it says “No attached orders yet” and never a fabricated zero.
  • A one-line read on where the member stands: “4 days to stamp expiry”, “Lapsed, 5 weeks since last visit”, or “Healthy, visits regularly”.

Revealing a phone number

The drawer offers one explicit reveal contact details control, with the consequence stated before you press it: revealing a guest’s number is recorded against your name. Afterwards the line reads “Contact details shown. This access was recorded.”

Saying so is the point. The record is a deterrent, not a surprise, and it is why there is no reveal on a list row, which would be bulk unmasking one click at a time.

Without the Admin role the control is not drawn at all, and the reason takes its place.

Adding a bonus stamp

Add bonus stamp puts one stamp on the card by hand, for the times the counter got it wrong or a guest deserves a gesture.

It always confirms first, inline: “Add one stamp to name’s card? This is recorded against your name and cannot be undone.” Confirming adds the stamp, notifies the guest and closes the drawer, with a toast reading Bonus stamp added, guest notified and the new balance under it, or “Card full, a reward is ready” when that stamp completed the card.

A bonus stamp ignores the daily earn cap, so it can complete a card a guest has already filled today. It needs programme access; without it the button is disabled and reads “Adding stamps by hand needs programme access. Ask an owner to grant it.”

When the list is empty

Three different empties, because each wants a different next step: a search that matched nothing offers to clear the search, an empty segment offers to show all members (“That’s usually good news”), and a programme with nobody in it yet says guests appear the moment they scan the sign-up QR at the counter.

If a refresh fails, the rows you already have stay on screen, stamped with their age, rather than being replaced by an error over data that was fine a minute ago.
