Smartlinks

One short link that carries your menu, ordering, reservations, WhatsApp, directions, shop and mailing list — built in a single editor and measured privately.

Smartlinks is Maska’s link-in-bio for restaurants, cafés and bars. Instead of sending guests to a different address for the menu, another for booking and a third for delivery, you build one mobile-first page that holds all of it — and share a single short link from your Instagram bio, your WhatsApp status, a table tent or a printed QR code.

The whole module is one screen. You edit a draft on the left, watch a live phone preview on the right, and press Publish when it’s ready. Nothing a guest sees changes until you do.

The shape of the product

There are only three things to hold in your head:

The editor — where your team works. Three tabs: Links (what’s on the page), Analytics (how it’s doing) and Design (how it looks). Admins also get a Users section.
The public page — what a guest opens. Mobile-first, fast, and rendered from exactly the same code as the preview beside your editor, so what you see while editing is what gets published.
The short link — the address you share. Yours forever: it is unique across all of Maska and is never handed to anyone else.

You can own as many pages as you like — one per outlet, one for a festival campaign, one for a pop-up — and switch between them from the picker in the top-right of the editor.

What makes it different

Scheduled links. Any link, any one-tap action and the Featured card can carry a start time, an end time, or both. A brunch link that only exists on Sunday mornings needs no reminder to take it down.
A pinned Featured card. One spotlighted call-out that sits above the link list, with its own title, subtitle and button label — for the thing you actually want tapped today.
F&B-shaped one-tap actions. Call, WhatsApp, directions, email, order, Instagram and book are first-class buttons, not links you have to style yourself. A directions action can hold every branch you run and let the guest pick.
Privacy-safe analytics. You get views, clicks, sources, devices and a per-link table — with no IP addresses, no cookies and no fingerprinting. Only coarse, de-identified counts are ever stored.

Who works in Smartlinks

Two roles ship with the module. Admin can do everything, including managing who else gets in. Manager builds, publishes and reads analytics but never sees the Users section. Your organisation’s admin login inherits every Smartlinks permission automatically. See Users and access.
