Welcome to Maska. This site is the user guide for the whole platform, written for the people who run it day to day — chefs, purchase managers, outlet staff, designers and admins.
What Maska is
Maska is a set of apps that work together, sharing one login and one team:
- The console — one workspace over the whole business: today’s orders and sales, the menu, reports, your outlets and your people.
- POS — run the counter: tables, orders, kitchen tickets, bills, receipts and the day close.
- Procurement — buy, move, count and value stock across your warehouse, production units and outlets.
- Ops — run each outlet’s daily routines: checklists, temperature logs, escalations and maintenance tickets.
- Studio — plan, design, approve and schedule your brand’s content, campaigns and events.
- Smartlinks — build one public link page for your menu, ordering, booking and mailing list, and share it as a single short link.
- Loyalty — a loyalty card in every guest’s phone, the members who hold it, and the campaigns that bring them back.
- Reserve — take table bookings, answer requests, and run the floor from the host stand, a phone or the ops console.

Signing in
Every Maska app uses the same sign-in: your email or phone number and a 4-digit PIN. Your admin creates your account and tells you which apps to open. If your screen looks different from a teammate’s, that’s expected — each app shows only what your role can use.
